First-Hand Accreditation & Peer Review Experience
Dr. Sheorey served as the Director of Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD) for nine years, where she provided strategic and academic leadership to one of India’s leading business schools. During her tenure, she successfully led SCMHRD through the AACSB Accreditation journey, giving her first-hand experience in managing a globally benchmarked accreditation process from within the institution.
Her AACSB experience extends far beyond institutional leadership. She has been associated with the AACSB Asia Pacific Advisory Board and has also served on the peer review team for an AACSB accreditation visit to a business school in Thailand. This gives her a valuable dual perspective: she understands AACSB both as an institutional leader driving accreditation internally and as a peer reviewer familiar with international accreditation expectations, quality benchmarks, peer review scrutiny, governance standards, and assurance frameworks.
She has also been invited by AACSB as a speaker for specialist international events and workshops including AACSB Deans Conferences and AACSB Impact Workshops across different regions of the world.
